Brook Cottage Shepherds Huts are the perfect adult-only romantic retreat location for couples wanting to get away and make the most of a seaside and cultural break in North Wales. The traditional Shepherds huts are just a short five-minute drive to the beach, situated on the stunning Llŷn Peninsula near the border of Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.

These five handcrafted traditional huts offer bespoke accommodation with unique interiors. They are nestled within a wildflower meadow overlooking a private lake. Two of the five huts are dog-friendly. Each hut has been handcrafted and carefully designed to give total privacy, with private gardens for each retreat.

Brook Cottage Shepherd Huts

All five hand-crafted traditional huts offer an en-suite shower room, a cosy double bed, fully fitted kitchens, tables and chairs (both inside and out), and a wood-burning stove to make those chilly evenings extra cosy.

Dog-Friendly Cabins

Dogs are welcome in two out of five of the shepherd huts so these ones are perfect for couples wanting a private holiday with their four-legged friend.

The Brook Cottage Family of Traditional Handcrafted Luxury Huts

There are two Gypsy huts, two Poacher huts and a single Shepherds hut.

Owners Mark and Jonathan have taken Llywelyn the Great (c. 1173 – 11 April 1240), King of Gwynedd and ruler of Wales, as inspiration and have named our huts in celebration of the women of this great dynasty – Joan, Susanna, Angharad, Marared and Elen.

Brook Cottage have a private onsite 4K cinema with full DTS surround sound system and zero gravity reclining chairs, which you as guests are welcome to book exclusively.

This is the perfect retreat location for a spot of Yoga and the owners at Brook Cottage Shepherd Huts have teamed up with a lovely local yoga instructor to provide one to one Yoga onsite.

The Area of North Wales

Just a five-minute drive from the seaside town of Pwllheli, this is a quiet rural retreat in the perfect location for exploring the Llŷn Peninsula with an array of award-winning beaches and over 90 miles of stunning Welsh coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with uninterrupted far-reaching views to Yr Eifl (The Rivals) mountains.

This is also a great location for keen fishers, with many great fishing sites at your fingertips.

The famous Italianesque village of Portmeirion is an inspirational place to visit and is just around the corner from the retreats.
