The Hudnalls Hideout
As seen on BBC 1 and Channel 4: One romantic treehouse in total seclusion for two by the Wye Valley
Deep in private Gloucestershire woodland, The Hudnalls Hideout treehouse is an off-grid treehouse exclusively for adults. Here you can destress, declutter your mind and be at one with nature. You will experience total seclusion and there is just one solitary retreat here. Situated near to the Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the local stunning surroundings are full of splendour and joy.
Inside the Treehouse
The adults only treehouse has been uniquely designed for maximum comfort and luxury. Relax in the double rainfall shower when not luxuriating in the beautiful copper bathtub. Forget all the pressures of day to day living and relax and unwind in this tree top heaven.
Outside the Treehouse
Have a long soak in the outdoor copper bath tub. Cook over the firepit or get creative and use the authentic wood-fired oven to cook your own pizzas or plan a picnic in the willdflower meadow. Or wander through the private woodland to your own private bar – Look Out Bar with stunning views across the valley – the perfect place to renew your vows or pop down on one knee, or relax in the sauna. For added luxury, private massages, reflexology treatments and yoga can be arranged in the treehouse or out in the giant wraparound deck. A private chef can be booked to come in to cook a romantic meal for two.
Wild Wellness Retreat
Looking for the perfect wild wellness retreat? For a unique experience book a Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) session or head to Float in the Forest for total chill-out floatation therapy. If you’re feeling active, there are walking and cycling routes aplenty that will show you the rolling landscapes and rugged magnificence of this part of the world. And there is a traditional village pub on your way back where you can enjoy a well-earned drink.
Secluded but easily accessible Hudnalls Hideout is near the villages of Coldharbour and St Briavels – a 2.5 hour drive on the M4 from London and the South East, and less than 1 hour from Bristol and under 2 hours from Birmingham.
