If you would like to book the games room exclusively in the Cottage to extend your booking for more than 6 people, please put the correct number of adults into the booking form and this will automatically provide you with the additional price to extend the cottage to 4 ensuite bedrooms, giving you exclusive use of the games room with en-suite bathroom. This is around 1000 sq ft of stunning space. 

If you are booking the Shepherds Retreat for more than 2 adults, this is an additional cost as we have found that larger adult parties generally lead to more wear and tear and longer changeovers. 

We heavily discount mid week stays in term times, so these offer the best value stays. If you book for 7 days or more, we offer an automatic 10% discount. For holidays over 7 nights, please get in touch for further discounts. 

For guests departing on a Sunday, you are welcome to a late check out of 12pm. Otherwise, check in is from 3pm and check out by 10am.
