The Captain’s Cabin
Small scale living in remote Scotland with stunning sea views
The Captain’s Cabin is a nautical themed compact former Chapel that makes for the ideal couples’ break. With views of Sound of the Mull and Tobermory, there is something truly romantic about hiding away in such a remote location and gazing out to sea.
Above the living area, a private balcony provides a great place to sit and relax, and if one of those famous Scottish storms arrives, you can enjoy watching it from the comfort of inside – with triple glazing and underfloor heating to make sure you remain snug and warm.
If you fancy venturing out, there are boat trips aplenty to choose from. And Tobermory, with its quaint coloured houses made famous by children’s TV show Balamory, is a delightful place to visit and is steeped in the history of the area.
There are also several wildlife tours and walking routes on the Isle of Mull to further enhance your appreciation of this remote corner of the Hebrides.
