This property has been described by the famous architectural historian, Nicholas Pevsner as ‘One of the finest, if not the very best, of the small Cotswold Tudor houses.’ The manor house is situated on the Temple Guiting Estate, a luxury private estate that features 3 oak beamed lounges, an infinity heated swimming pool, three dining rooms, games room, Swedish hot tub and a secret cinema room.

  • The Manor – 5 bedrooms up to 12 guests

  • The Barn  – 6 bedrooms up to 12 guests

  • The Granary – 3 bedrooms up to 6 guests

  • The Cow Byre – 1 double bedroom and sofa bed up to 3 guests

  • The Full Estate – 15 bedrooms up to 32 guests plus a few extra children on sofa beds

The Manor House has hosted some stunning celebrations over the years – including a party attended by King Charles III.

Your stay is planned according to your requirements and often guests book a chef for the week to fully cater for their guests needs. 

Inside the Manor

The house is steeped in character, from the exposed beams down to the wooden floors, and you can make new discoveries every day.

This is a mansion house in every regard and is perfect for any kind of celebration or get-together. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, and you have a choice of rooms to while away the hours, from the large antique oak-beamed lounge that is a great place to chat and greet guests, to the cosy snug on the lower ground floor.

The gardens are meticulously kept and ooze luxury. Inside, the décor is in keeping with the age and style of the property, with modern additions such as underfloor heating to ensure maximum comfort. If you’re feeling active there is even an all weather tennis court for you to sample.

And, of course, it’s ideally situated for exploring the idyllic towns and natural beauty of the Cotswolds including nearby Winchcombe and slightly further away Bourton on the Water and Broadway.
