Kiftsgate Court Gardens and it’s rich history – three generations of women gardeners
This is the most glorious garden, with a water garden, sunken garden, unique ha-ha, stunning wide and varied borders and a large and impressive 13.5M cold-water pool for swimming. Enjoy the far reaching views from the garden and terrace over Bredon Hill and across to the Malvern Hills.
The original garden at Kiftsgate Court was created in the 1920s by the grandmother of present day owner, Anne Chambers. The garden is a romantic delight for all the senses with a series of interconnecting gardens each with its own distinct character and secrets so whatever the season there is always something to discover and we have totally fallen for the history of the house and garden, with three flamboyant generations of women designing and running the garden, with the theory of evolution rather than revolution, giving the gardens a romantic and relaxed feel.
