A fabulous Georgian townhouse is situated in the heart of the pretty market town of Nantwich. It can be hired as a whole house that sleeps six or as three individual areas, each sleeping two.  

The Bathhouse Apartments

Two stunning boutique bedroom suites are split over two floors, with gorgeous loft areas and stunning roll-top copper baths. The third area, ‘The Walled Garden Apartment’ on the ground floor, has its own roll-top bath to enjoy in the Potting Shed, where vegetables used to be grown for the large Georgian Manor next door, now the Townhouse Bar and Restaurant. 

Each suite is totally different from the other, and one even has a unique combination of a cocktail lounge and an uber-luxurious bathroom. The bedrooms are all sumptuously dressed in White Company linens and  Nespresso machines, which are the perfect way to start your relaxing morning. 

This fabulous retreat is also perfect to holiday in as a group of 6 as the Walled Garden Apartment has a gorgeous open plan kitchen/dining room/bar area with huge French doors into the walled garden that can sit up to 20. You can always book the nearby sister retreat Cheshire Boutique Barns, sleeping 10 and enjoy a big group gathering.

The Area

Nantwich offers many boutique stores to enjoy and your stay here includes a discount at one of the local beauty salons and the renowned local pub, The Cholmondeley Arms, which now has its own gin distillery that is worth sampling. Nearby, you can sample many of the local stately homes, including Combemere Abbey, Cholmondley Castle, Wollerton Old Hall Gardens, Tatton Park and Dorfold Hall. Of course, you are spoilt for choice, with many of Cheshire’s treasures nearby, including Chester Race Course and Chester Zoo. Further afield, you can drive to visit Manchester or Liverpool. In addition, you can catch the train from the nearby Wrenbury station and visit Shrewsbury or Ludlow, too. The local area has numerous walking opportunities including visiting the Bickerton Hills or enjoy cycling – the property is on one of the local designated Cheshire cycle routes.

Location

Cheshire Boutique Bathhouse is situated in the pretty village of Wrenbury just outside Nantwich and is perfectly located to be accessed by car and train. By train – Cheshire Boutique Bars is just 1.5 miles from Wrenbury Station. By car – a 35-minute drive from Junction 15 or 16 of the M6.
