Boatman’s Steps is a spacious harbourside cottage with three double or twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. Not only has it just been beautifully refurbished but it’s just a few steps away from the sweetest of beaches, perfect for your early morning swim before breakfast.
The owners have designed the outside space cleverly with a decked yard with extendable table seating for eight and with a fabulous decked terrace with sofa seating for eight; the perfect sundowner spot overlooking the harbour.
Boatman’s Steps is ideal for family and friends with direct access to two beaches, coastal paths and the water ferry to Fowey.
For those of you who haven’t been to Polruan in South West Cornwall, this is an ancient and beautifully kept coastal village with delicious cafes and Cornish pubs on a picturesque part of the Polperro Heritage coastline.
Polruan has excellent amenities including two pubs, a convenience store, cafés and other local stores. You can easily catch the ferry to Fowey departing regularly throughout the day so you can make the most of their fantastic shops, restaurants and galleries.
