We love the Black Hut with its modern, classic and unfussy design. This unique lodge is situated on a working farm in the beautiful and quiet Northumberland countryside. This is a retreat perfect for both romantic and family stays, as the hut has a mezzanine with 2 single beds (ideal for children over 7).

Our final lodge set in the 4000-acre Hesleyside Estate, Holly is a charming little wooden chapel lodge on wheels for two guests that evokes fairy tale images. Constructed using reclaimed church doors and cladding from a Victorian school, this beautiful hideaway is as sustainable as it is quaint. And it’s bursting with luxuries such as a kingsize bed, wood-burning stove and a roll top copper bath.
